Found out just a few minutes ago that we've officially "lost" the challenge of having the first grandchild on Jay's side......his cousin and wife are expecting. It actually didn't bother me as much I originally thought it might, and don't think I'm "shallow" for wanting that in the first place - it just would have been really cool, that's all. But what's done is done and our first will be just as exciting.......whenever it eventually happens.
