Teeth: still just the 2 bottom teeth but she is teething like mad the last week or so

Depends on the day as to whether or not she takes 1 nap or 2, but she's ready to go to just 1. She naps anywhere from 1-2.5hrs if just one nap...we're working on lengthening that.
Sleeps: 7:30/8:00pm to 8:00/9:00am
Feeds:
still 100% G-tube fed nutritionally. Eating bits and pieces throughout the day, but not enough to amount to anything; still not drinking anything.
Personality: This girl has taken off this month in terms of development! She is now using her signs for "more" and "all done" regularly. She has FINALLY started clapping, though sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between that and "more" - you have to be paying attention to what she's doing at the moment. She has started to reach out for things she wants and do a "come here" motion and look at you to see if you'll take her there. We're working on transitioning that to either the "please" sign or her tapping on her chest for "me." Otherwise you'll just think she's waving goodbye, because that's what it looks like. She can now point (ie: grab, still no real pointing yet) to her ears, nose, and eyes - her favorite is her ears. She LOVES to read a book with furry animals in it and have you say "tickle tickle!" while you point out the animal, so she can stick her foot up for you to tickle it, too. It's so adorable She's still not very interested in standing alone or taking steps, but she loves to walk with you holding her hands and she cruises very well. She's quite interested in climbing everything possible and we really need to work on how to get down the safe way, instead of turning around and going down headfirst (literally.) Her vomiting has been horrible this month - I wasn't at all surprised at her lack of weight gain at her various appointments. There is no rhyme or reason to it and it's SO frustrating. She can take a 90ml feed and puke at the 60ml mark or ten minutes after the entire thing ended, yet keep down a 5oz feed (though that's rare.) We're back down to a mere 3oz morning feed and 4oz for the other 3 day boluses, every 3 hours...and that puts us back to a 6hr continuous feed at night. I hate that. We worked SO hard to get her to take in enough to go every 4 hours and we were so close to being done with the night feeds - just one last bolus and I unhooked her before I went to bed. Now we've started over....again. We're going to start another dairy trial sometime this week, though I don't know that it will prove anything since it's impossible to tell one vomit from another in terms of what caused it. We were also given the green light to trial scrambled eggs....I'm nervous about that one so I haven't tried it yet. Eggs are such a high allergen and she's so....unpredictable.
Her therapies are going well, for the most part. She's been moved to 1x/month or as-needed physical therapy, but she still has weekly early-intervention therapy and speech therapy. Her occupational therapy has now been bumped back up to 2x/week - once for feeding and once for her fine-motor delay, which is becoming more prominent as she gets older. I'm STILL waiting to hear back from the new OT company and I'm not very happy that they've been in such poor communication when they came so highly recommended. I like our current OT company, and while our current OT is a nice person, she is not a good fit for Ruthie as far as motivating her to do the things she doesn't want to do. We've made zero progress since our old OT left and we, as parents, are getting pretty frustrated with that.
That's the majority of what Ruthie has been up to this month. :)
The girl gets some serious bedhead.
Ruthie has been home for over a year now!
