We are taking part in this year's March for Babies walk-a-thon! We would love for you to join us on October 9th to walk with us to help raise money for a cause that is now very dear to our hearts. Without the Greenville Memorial NICU, our little miracle baby would not be here today, and if walking one mile can help raise money to save even one baby from going through what Ruthie did, it will be time and money well spent.
Please consider joining Ruthie's team this year. You can choose to walk with us, donate money in any amount you choose, or both! So far there are 4 walkers, including myself, and Ruthie will be there as well (in her stroller). I am really looking forward to doing this. We owe the March of Dimes foundation and our local NICU more than we could ever repay for all they did for Ruthie and we are happy to give back in any way possible.
Remember back to when we posted this? Our very first picture of Ruthie, just hours old. She was so tiny and fragile, and life was hanging in the balance for her for several weeks. It's so unfair and we CAN make a difference for these babies.
